Massage and Sound Relaxation:
Tailored for individuals experiencing various forms of stress, particularly acute stress, this treatment combines Tibetan bowls with gentle massage to provide soothing relief and support recovery. The initial massage helps release physical tension, preparing the mind and body for Sound Therapy.
